Monochromatic Make Up
Remember the Latte make-up trend last year, and how we all immediately rushed to apply the same shade of bronzer to quite literally, our whole faces? ll it appears we were king of onto something as ‘one-tone’ make-up continues to pique the interest of make-up lovers. Taking cues from latte make-up, strawberry make-up and barbie pinks this year is all about blush. The pinker we can make our faces, the better. But this isn’t the sunburnt, strawberry red Hailey Bieber made viral - this is a softer take on glam, trending tones will be gentle pinks and mauves that give the illusions a youthful radiance as opposed to deep tan or sunburn.

Water Shimmer Lids
For a cool-girl take on going-out make-up, shimmer lids is the best way to go. Say you care but you don’t care too much in way that’s low effort but gives hot AF results. For the best water-like looks, go for a shimmer with a tone neutral to your skin colour. To get the best application, set your eye-lid with a warm toned eyeshadow. Then, take any high-quality eye shadow that has a great pearly-base and apply over the top and make sure to really pack the product on. As the piece de resistance ramp up the eye-looks and take your shimmer to the next level apply a clear lip gloss over the top for extra wetness and shine.

Y2K Frost
For some of you Y2K make-up might send shivers down your spine, but be prepared to lean in and not out as Y2K isn’t going anywhere just yet! It’s not just 2000s fashion you should expect, beauty trends this year will also emulate the noughties period – think heavily frosted eyes created using white, silver and chrome-coloured shadows for dramatic shadow statement, frosted pink lip gloss for millennium-approved glam and stark high-impact highlighter for the ultimate skin finish.
