Lucas Stuffed Squid in Mediterranean Sauce ($11.95)
Tinned fish is all the rage on Tik Tok right now - it's a great way to add a source of protein and healthy fats and acids into your diet. Some people enjoy it in an omelette, but our favourite way is on toast. There are lots of tinned fish brands to try but one of our favourites is this portuguese-style stuffed squid from Lucas. The squid is in a tomato, onion and spices sauce that gives it a distinctly european flavour profile. Enjoy on sourdough bread with tomato, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil.

Fred Again
It's fair to say this UK DJ has made his mark on Australia these past two weeks, and because of that he's been our go-to Spotify listen. Not only has Fred sold out six stadium shows in Melbourne and Sydney, the guy has been doing secret pop-up shows too, supported by his housemate, good friend and also great DJ in his own right - Joy Anonymous. Highlights include Fred's Opera House show, his breakfast rave at Melbourne's Revs, his set to 200 people at Sydney's famous Club 77 as well as his final two Dominian shows. It's fair to say the man's been busy and we would see him again and again and again if we could.
