Babylon Rooftop Bar
We visited this inner-city rooftop bar this week to share some small plates, spritzes and a debrief with friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. With gorgeous views of the city skyline, the Babylon kitchen offers you an authentic team who have created a rich menu rich of dishes inspired by their childhood memories growing up in Turkey and traditional Levantine food. We ate and loved the pan-fried halloumi, hummus & wraps and the lamb gozleme. To drink order the Antalya Spritz - made with elderflower, raspberry lime and prosecco, could you get a better flavour mix into a spritz?

Fella Pineapple & Coconut Seltzer ($19 for 4)
Hits of zingy pineapple calmed by creamy coconut will have you dreaming of life beneath the palm trees when you crack a can of this Fellr flavour. What makes FELLR unique is the newly developed brewing method which results in a clear and refreshing alcohol base with a stronger depth of flavour and a fuller mouth feel than traditional white spirits.
